Short Bio
Currently, I am working as Research Assistant at the Computer Science Department, University of Karlstad, Sweden. Prior to that position, I was a Network Researcher at CPqD, Campinas, Brazil.
I received my B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Federal University of Goiás (UFG), Brazil, in 2000. I also received my technical degree in Telecommunications from Federal Centre of Technologic Education of Goiás (CEFET-GO), Brazil, in 1997, and my Master in Electrical Engineering from State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), at Campinas, Brazil, in 2004. In 2009 I have completed my Licentiate degree in engineering at the Computer Science Department at Karlstad University. I have been visiting researcher at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, in Urbana (USA).
Since December 2011, I'm holding a PhD degree in Computer Science of the University of Karlstad with the title " Enhancing P2P Systems over Wireless Mesh Networks ".
Research Interests
My supervisor is Prof. Andreas Kassler.
